An email brought a friendly, interested and thoughtful visit from Mike, who thoughtfully suggested a practical way to deal with part of our request without entailing a costly replacement. He then took sizes for and provided a front door handrail, with which we are very pleased. We were to have an estimate within hours. In the fitting of the rail a short time later, he patiently listened to the discussions between husband and (less tall) wife about where and how to fit the rail and advised gently. Rating?
